Week 1

With week one under our belts, we are feeling settled in our routine. I can tell everyone is feeling more comfortable with new classmates and a new classroom. I’ve had so much fun getting to know this sweet, creative, and lively bunch. We’ve learned about a few special fourthie jobs this week! Each week, one fourthie from each class will begin the day by leading the pledge of allegiance to the lower school and raising the flag.

I will update this class blog each week with important reminders and curriculum updates. There are helpful links on the side of the page as well as pages with information along the top. One of the pages explains what it means to be a carpool helper. This is another leadership opportunity this year. Click here to learn more and sign your daughter up. We will begin carpool helpers the week of September 12th.
