Happy New Year! Excitement was definitely in the air this week as the girls reunited after break. We kicked off the week by reflecting on 2022 and goals for 2023 to decorate our bulletin board. Ask your daughter what she came up with.
In Math, we skipped ahead to the Geometry Unit. We reviewed acute, obtuse and right angles. The girls found that measuring angles with a protractor is much harder than it looks. We will continue to practice the skill of measuring angles and dive into much more.
The presidential project is wrapping up and will come home next week for you to admire their hard work. Next week, the girls will present their president portraits and share a few fun facts about their president. Pictures to come!
Reminders:
Carpool Helper is Livi
Special Week is Harper
No school for students Jan 16 and 17th
